At approximately 10:29am, Cambridge Police observed Jose Bermudez sitting on the bench located on Cardinal Medeiros Avenue. A check of Jose Bermudez's information with dispatch revealed a Warrant. Jose Bermudez, 54, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, was arrested for a warrant out of Cambridge District Court for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon.

The operator was not wearing a seat belt.
