HAMILTON ST
At approximately 6:21 a.m., Cambridge Police placed the defendant who identified herself as JonBonet Ramsey, 34, under arrest for Unarmed Burglary and Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, after a positive identification was made from the victim involved. "Ramsey" made entry into a private dwelling telling the home owner that she should lock her door, someone could rob her. The home owner asked the defendant to leave, at which point she complied. The defendant returned and re-entered the home, kicking the home owner with a shod foot, knocking a hot cup of coffee out of the home owner's hands. The defendant grabbed a nearby backpack and fled the home. "Ramsey" was apprehended a short time later in close proximity to the crime. “Ramsey” was subsequently identified as Chavon Rogers, 34, homeless.

CAMBRIDGE ST
A City of Cambridge Traffic and Parking Enforcement Officer reported that after issuing a Parking Violation to an illegally parked motor vehicle on Sciarappa Street its operator came out to move it. The operator became irate because of ticket and as he drove away he knocked down and drove over the Traffic and Parking Officer's city-issued bicycle thus damaging bike and rendering it inoperable. The Officer was not injured.

At approximately 10:20 a.m., a Cambridge resident called to report that sometime between 9/26/2019 at 11 p.m. and 9/27/2019 at 9 a.m., his bicycle bag had been broken into with various items stolen. The items stolen were described as an inner tube, a container of Co2, a multi-tool and a patch repair kit.

At approximately 10:45 a.m., Cambridge Police observed two individuals who were wanted for having active warrants. Officers approached the two individuals at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Pleasant Street. The warrants were confirmed. Francis Lambert, 65 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Dorchester District Court for Assault and Battery on 60+/Disabled. David Powell, 53, 780 Albany Street in Boston, was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Dorchester District Court for Aggravated Assault, Disorderly Conduct, and Assault and Battery on Police Officer.

ALBANY ST
A male was involved in a motor vehicle Crash on Massachusetts Avenue. He rear-ended a motor vehicle that was stopped at a traffic light. The impact caused injury to the four occupants of the vehicle. After the crash, he fled the scene and the driver of the struck motor vehicle contacted Cambridge Police while following him at a safe distance. This driver updated Cambridge Emergency Communications with turn by turn location data. This driver initially provided an address on Albany Street and indicated that suspect had also struck a motor vehicle in a loading dock adjacent to this building. A subsequent search of the loading dock on Albany Street yielded another vehicle with fresh damage consistent with what the reporting driver had described. The suspect was eventually stopped by Officers on Sidney Street by Pacific Street and exit orders were given. He showed multiple indicators of impairment to include glassy eyes, slurred speech and an odor of alcoholic beverage emanating from his mouth. He was offered standardized field sobriety tests during which numerous other indicators of impairment were observed. As a result, the suspect Tyler Covalucci, 22, 34 Garden Lane in Wakefield, was charged with two counts of Leave Scene of Property Damage, Leave Scene of Personal Injury, and OUI-LIQUOR.

At approximately 5:15 p.m., Cambridge Police responded to a local mall parking lot for a report of a disturbance between two parties. As a result of the call for service Anthony Machado, 46, 5 Greenleaf Place in Melrose was placed under arrest for one count of Assault With a Dangerous Weapon and one count of Malicious Destruction of Property -$1200, after the victim explained that Machado kicked his motor vehicle after he did not let him cross the street inside the parking lot. The victim then pulled over and exited his vehicle to check for damage. Machado then pulled out a knife with a black handle from his right pocket and flicked the blade open while stating "come on". The victim reached into his truck and picked up a screw driver in order to defend himself. The victim then stated that he was calling the police causing Machado to flee into a grocery story on Alewife Brook Parkway.

The vehicle was towed from the scene and a criminal application was issued against the operator / registered owner, a Boston resident, for Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and License / Registration not in possession.

At approximately 2:50 p.m., George Frazier, 39, 253 Pleasant Street in Arlington, was placed under arrest by the Cambridge Police for OUI-Liquor and Alcohol from an Open Container in a Motor Vehicle, after he was in involved in a motor vehicle crash and witnesses on scene stated that they could smell a strong odor of alcoholic coming from Frazier upon exiting his vehicle. Upon Police Officers arrival to the motor vehicle crash that Frazier was involved in, Police Officers observed that Frazier’s speech was slurred, his eyes were blood shot and glassy, he was unsteady on his feet and a strong odor of alcoholic beverage coming from his breath. A standardized field sobriety tests were performed on Frazier at a safe distance from the two car motor vehicle crash he was involved in and he performed poorly. At this time, Frazier was placed under arrest for OUI-Liquor. While Officers on scene were performing a tow inventory of the car, which Frazier was observed operating by witnesses, a brown bag near the passenger seat was discovered and it contained an open bottle of Tito's vodka and an emptied Knob Creek nip whiskey bottle as well. As a result, Frazier was later charged with Alcohol from Open Container in Motor Vehicle at the police station.

The operator of the motor vehicle -- Daivon Edwards, 25, 24 Turquoise Way in Mission Hill--  was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Brookline District Court for Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
