At approximately 1:38 a.m., Cambridge Police arrested Manuel Andrade, 36, Rowell Street in Boston, for Breaking and Entering Nighttime for Felony. Andrade was placed under arrest after police discovered him inside a local business with numerous items that belonged to the business in his possession, and a witness observed him enter the building.

At 8:40 a.m. a bicyclist and a motorist where involved in a road rage incident on Columbia Street near Broadway. The two involved individuals were assaultive towards each other during the altercation. Police spoke with both individuals and they wished not to pursue with this incident any further and both individuals left the area.

At approximately 4:05 p.m., Troy Larocque, 38, homeless, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct after Officers observed Larocque in front of a Central Square restaurant on Massachusetts Avenue, threatening to shoot an unknown person while having his hand in his pocket. Officers first heard Larocque screaming obscenities, which caused Officer to stop and begin to exit the cruiser to investigate the scene. As officers were exiting the cruiser, officers observed Larocque scream "Do you want to get shot?!" while gesturing with his right hand inside his jacket pocket as if he had a firearm towards the direction of Carl Baron Plaza. The area surrounding Larocque was heavily populated - taking place on a weekday during the rush hour timeframe - and caused multiple people to attempt to get away from the scene, fearful of the possibility of a firearm being discharged. A firearm was not located on his possession.
