Got old meds taking up space at home? Don't flush them—it's bad for our water!
You can safely dispose of unwanted prescriptions, over-the-counter meds, and vitamins at the city’s biannual medication take back event on Saturday, Oct. 26, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Cambridge Police Department, 125 Sixth St. Personnel will be available to accept the medications.
The event is hosted by the Cambridge Police Department and Cambridge Public Health Department.
In addition to take-back events, residents can dispose of unwanted medications at these locations and events:
