CHURCH ST
Carla Santistevan, 40, 359 Green Street in Cambridge, was placed under arrest after she was positively identified by a witness as the defendant who stole a cell phone from a building valued at $1400. In addition, Santistevan used a credit card belonging to the victim to rent a Blue Bicycle in the sum of $5.31 without permission. As a result of her actions Santistevan is charged with Larceny By Stealing in a Building and Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card in the amount of $5.31.

At 1:55 p.m., a Newton resident reported that while she was traveling on Brattle Street towards Mount Auburn Street a white box truck struck her vehicle. The white box truck did not stop and exchange information after colliding with the reporting party’s vehicle.

Amy Hill, 38, 5 Stafford Street in Roxbury was placed under arrest for Shoplifting. Hill allegedly stole $883.80 worth of merchandise from a local department store. Hill grabbed several items from a display shelf, placed the items in a bag and walked away from the store.

At approximately 5:08 p.m., Cambridge Police were dispatched to a coffee shop on Massachusetts Avenue for the report of a male in the bathroom for an extended period of time. Upon arrival officers located the male, who provided officers with his California driver’s license. He was identified as Connor Fitzgerald, 29, 17 Court Street in Boston, and found to have a warrant for Larceny Under $250 From +60 and Improper Use of a Credit Card. Connor was placed under arrest.

A Maynard resident, was summonsed for Shoplifting by Asportation Over $250. She was summonsed after a loss prevention officer observed her exit the store with a shopping cart full of merchandise valued at $350.

WARRANT ARREST REPORT

CARLISLE ST
Christian Sanchez, 22, 6 Carlisle Street in Cambridge, was arrested by the Cambridge Police after kicking a party with his left foot in their hip area. Sanchez was charged with Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon (shod foot). While officers were on scene it was also discovered that a Cambridge resident assaulted multiple parties on scene by punching, scratching, and spitting at them.  She was summonsed and charged with Assault. It was also discovered that another involved party Christopher Compoh, 28, 6 Carlisle in Cambridge, had a warrant out of Brighton District Court for License Revoked/Suspended, and he was also arrested.
