A Cambridge resident reported that he was contacted on 11/5/2019 by an online retailer that his Federal Credit Union Debit/Credit Card was used in an unusual manner with Amazon. It was discovered that his card had been compromised and used for purchases online.

Upon arrival officers spoke with the victim who stated he was robbed of his money by an individual known to him while at his residence today.

MUSEUM WAY
At 5:33 p.m., Cambridge Police responded to multiple calls at the intersection of Education Way and Museum Way for the report of a shuttle bus that had driven onto the sidewalk, through a fence, over a soccer field and ended up in a ditch. After further investigation no passengers were on the bus and no pedestrians were hurt. The driver indicated there was a break issue prior to the crash.

She was observed by several witnesses pushing an elderly woman to the ground on Massachusetts Avenue which resulted in her hitting her head and causing bodily injury. The victim was transported by ambulance to a local hospital for treatment.

An unknown white female stole eight bottles of perfume from a retail establishment at a local mall. The perfume had a total value of $5240. The Asset Protection Investigator stopped the woman just outside the store. She handed him the stolen merchandise and fled the mall. All items were recovered.

At approximately 10:45 p.m. Cambridge Police made a car stop with a relation to a disturbance call at the intersection of Walden Street and Sherman Street. The vehicle was towed from the scene and registered owner, Nedjedla Nherisson, 21, 10 Putnam Gardens in Cambridge, was charged with Revoked Registration and Expired Inspection Sticker.
