THORNDIKE ST
A Cambridge resident reports that she received two iPhones via mail. She states that she didn’t order the phones through her provider. The reporting person then said that she received an e-mail concerning the delivery of the phones. The Cambridge resident received a phone call from a male who said someone is close by and will pick up the phone. The woman thinking this was a scam didn’t give the phones and contacted AT&T who informed her they would send a label top to send the phones back.

A driver for a Salem, NH company reports that while stopped at Quincy Street and Broadway waiting for a loading dock spot to vacate, an unknown mini-van struck his truck's left rear metal guard and then left the scene without ever stopping to exchange insurance information.

Cambridge Police, while on routine patrol in the area of Cambridge Street and Warren Street, responded to and investigated a stolen license plate out of New York on 3/9/2019. The stolen plate belonged to a 2019 Dodge Durango. The motor vehicle it was attached to was a 2017 Volkswagen Jetta. The driver/owner of the motor vehicle was a resident of Quincy and will be summonsed for Receiving Stolen Property Under $1200, Attaching Plates Violation and Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
