Cambridge Police responded to the area of Beech Street and Mass Ave for a report of a person with a weapon. A driver reported that her vehicle was struck by a BB gun. There was no damage to the vehicle and a search of the area could not locate any evidence or suspect(s).

Hector Rivera, 50, 39 Boylston Street in Boston, was arrested for Larceny under $1200 after Loss Prevention Employees observed Rivera conceal three perfume box sets inside a recyclable bag and walk out of the store without paying. Officers stopped Rivera outside on 1st Street with the aid of Loss Prevention Employees who had followed the suspect. Officers could see the perfume box sets through the opening of Rivera's recyclable bag in plain view.

Eskindir Terfe, 20, 362 Rindge Avenue in Cambridge, was arrested for a warrant issued out of Waltham District Court for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Speeding. Terfe was additionally charged with one count of Larceny under $1200 by single scheme after an investigation determined that he had rung in fake refunds and stole cash from a business where he was employed over the course of six weeks.

Cambridge Police received a report of an assault in progress occurring in a motor vehicle on Massachusetts Avenue. A short time later, the vehicle in question was located and stopped on Massachusetts Avenue near Sidney Street. Two parties were identified, and a report was taken.

A report of a crash involving a bicyclist and a motorist on Mass Ave. and Pearl. When Officers arrived, they didn't see either party involved. After locating the bicyclist, she reported that she and a motorist bumped each other at the intersection and the car stopped. The operator got out and asked if she was okay and she stated yes and left the area.
