Joseph Bowman, 34, 64 Bowdoin Street in Dorchester, was arrested for Trespass and Shoplifting from a Porter Square retail store. He was concealing merchandise valued at $76.48.

James Flynn, 52, 929 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, was arrested for Trespassing and Disorderly Conduct after causing alarm by purposefully entering City Hall despite being forbidden to do so, both verbally and in writing, and also threatening to use force while exhibiting tumultuous behavior.

Cambridge Police responded to Brattle Street for a report of a male inhaling from canisters outside of a store. Upon arrival Cambridge Police found a Waltham resident inhaling toxic substances out of a bottle of electronic duster. He was summonsed and placed in protective custody to a local hospital.

While patrolling the Inman square area, a gray Nissan SUV was observed turning left improperly from Beacon Street onto Cambridge Street. The vehicle was pulled over for the violation and the operator who is also the registered owner was found to be unlicensed in Massachusetts. He was subsequently Summonsed for Unlicensed Operations of a Motor Vehicle.

Cambridge Police responded to the intersection of Prospect Street and Cambridge Street for a report of a Motor vehicle striking a pedestrian.

LEWDNESS, OPEN AND GROSS C272 S16

ALBANY ST
Lawrence Phillips, 62, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, was arrested for Open and Gross Lewdness, Disorderly Conduct, and Trespassing Phillips was arrested after officers were dispatched to Albany Street for a report of a disturbance. When officers arrived on scene Phillips was in the walkway yelling at staff members. Due to Phillips's behavior staff members were unable to check people into the shelter. Phillips was told to leave the property multiple times by staff members and refused. A witness also stated that Phillips exposed his genitals to him and other staff members in the lobby.
