MASSACHUSETTS AVE REAR
Cambridge Police were dispatched the Warming Center on Massachusetts Avenue for a disturbance. Further investigation revealed Daniel Preston, 48, 444 Harrison Avenue in Boston, threatened a staff member with a knife which caused her to fear for her safety. Preston was taken into custody and charged with Assault by Dangerous Weapon.

Eric Spears, 56, 139 Jaques Street in Somerville, was arrested at his residence without incident by members of the Cambridge Police Department, Massachusetts State Police and the US Marshal's. Service for a warrant for two counts of Possession of Child Pornography.

A Watertown resident came to the police station to report a hit and run crash he was the victim of, this morning.

TRAFFIC INVESTIGATIONS

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Cambridge Police and EMS were dispatched to Massachusetts Avenue at Putnam Avenue for a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle. Upon arrival minor injuries were reported, the driver was cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk and a crash report was completed. The pedestrian refused medical attention.

Cambridge Police placed Brooke Delaney, 36, 5 Transit Street in South Boston, under arrest for three warrants, two out of Plymouth District Court for Witness Intimidation, and Threat to Commit a Crime, the third out of a Malden District Court for Shoplifting by Concealment.

A customer in a business establishment in Harvard Square, reported that an unknown person(s) stole his wallet while seated in the dining area. His wallet was next to him on the table in a very crowded area and never saw who took his wallet.
