Cambridge Police responded to a Lancaster Street residence on a report of a disturbance. It was learned that an intoxicated house guest had caused a verbal argument. Officers stood by while this individual got transportation to their residence in Watertown.

Darius Hall, 24, 186 Wood Avenue in Hyde Park, was placed under arrest. Hall had warrants out of West Roxbury District Court and Cambridge District Court for Assault and Battery, Assault with a Dangerous Weapon and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License.

Cambridge Police, Fire, and ProEMS responded to Cambridge Park Drive on a report of a pedestrian struck. Upon arrival it was learned that a vehicle had struck a female crossing the roadway. The pedestrian was conscious and transported to a local hospital for treatment. The operator of the involved vehicle remained on-scene, cooperated with investigators and received a citation for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.

Cambridge Police filed a criminal complaint for a Framingham resident for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle. Officers witnessed a motor vehicle being operated by the defendant, fail to stop at a red light at the intersection of Garden Street and Mason Street.

Luis Barros, 24, 11 Emrose Terrace in Boston, was detained by a department store loss prevention at Cambridgeside Place for attempting to shoplift items in the store. Responding officers obtained Barros' identification and it was revealed he had a warrant out of Dorchester District Court for Threat to Commit Crime and Intimidation of a Witness. Barros was trespassed and arrested for his warrant.
