After making contact with the two victims, it was determined that no injuries were sustained as the assault was minor in nature. The suspect – a resident of Somerville - was located in the area and summonsed for retaining a lost credit card.

Cambridge Police responded to Walden Square Road to speak with security about a past incident that resulted in damage to a common hallway in the building. It was learned that an unnamed witness had called security after seeing a male and female arguing in the hallway, the male is said to have punched the wall leaving a hole in the drywall. Security positively identified the involved parties, one of whom was located and denied any altercation. A report was taken to document this incident.

Cambridge Police responded to a Massachusetts Avenue shelter for a report of a disturbance. After further investigation, it was discovered that Diamond Clark, 60, homeless, intentionally threw a brick through a rear window of the shelter after he was asked to leave the property. As a result of his actions, Clark is being charged with Malicious Destruction of Property.
