BROOKLINE ST
Cambridge Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Massachusetts Avenue at Linden Street. Alexander Ingraiti, 31, 30 Henley Street in Medford, was observed operating a motor vehicle with a cell phone in his right hand while looking at the cell phone. A query of a Honda Accord revealed that the registered owner had a suspended license. As a result of the stop, Ingraiti was placed under arrest for operating after license suspension, registration not in possession for not having the vehicle’s registration on him or easily accessible, holding an electronic device while operating a motor vehicle after being observed holding and looking at his cell phone while driving, and operating a vehicle that did not meet RMV’s safety standards for operating a vehicle with a rejected inspection sticker.
