Clayton Madden, 28, 8 Donnellan Circle in Weymouth, was arrested for two warrants out of Quincy District Court for Uttering a False Check and Larceny Under $1,200.

HOLYOKE ST
Kristin Lucas, 35, 75 Josephine Avenue in Somerville, was arrested after she stole a wallet from a woman's handbag and was followed by the victim. She was seen leaning over towards the handbag and then going to the bathroom of a coffee shop in Harvard Square. After a lengthy time in the bathroom, she left the business and was followed by the victim, who witnessed Lucas discard items into trash cans along the way. Items were recovered in the women's room and trash cans on Massachusetts Avenue, as well as on Lucas' person. All items recovered were identified by the victim as stolen property.

A Walden Street resident reported she was the victim of identity theft. An unknown person had opened an account using her personal information.

STOP FOR POLICE, FAIL C90 S25

FOSTER ST
Cambridge Police attempted to conduct a motor vehicle stop on Putnam Avenue on due to a vehicle with no inspection sticker and a passenger who had a warrant. The motor vehicle failed to stop for officers and drove at a high rate of speed onto Memorial Drive, at which point officers lost sight of the vehicle. Several minutes later, officers located the vehicle on Willard Street. The vehicle was unoccupied and running in an intersection. After towing the abandoned vehicle, officers conducted an inventory inside the vehicle and located several stolen laptops and drugs. An investigation is ongoing.

Cambridge Police responded to a gas station on Memorial Drive for a rideshare driver that did not match the picture on the app. Police notified the rideshare company.
