Nicholas Konstadt, 33, 24 Hancock Street in Salem, was arrested at Prospect Street and Broadway and charged with Failure to Stop for a Red Light, Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class C Drug and Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class D Drug. Following a motor vehicle stop, Konstadt was found to be in possession of $1255 in cash, 65 packages of THC, 52 packages of marijuana and additional drugs and packaging materials, all consistent with drug distribution.
