A Massachusetts Ave. resident was summonsed to Cambridge District Court for Assault & Battery Dangerous Weapon and Intimidation of a Witness after an altercation with a janitor in an apartment building. The victim stated this individual followed him down a hallway, physically confronted him, then threatened him against calling police. The victim did not sustain any apparent injuries.

CPD units responded to a disturbance on Mass Ave near the Central Square Substation. One involved party had visible injuries and informed police that a male, who is known to him, had struck him with a cane. As a result of the investigation Orrin Kilgoe, 56, 33 Perrin, Roxbury, would later be placed under arrest for Assault and Battery Dangerous Weapon.
