Carol Chase, 51, 66 Winthrop Street in Cambridge, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Massachusetts Avenue. As a result, Chase was charged with Improper Turn, Failure to Stop for Police, Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and a warrant out of Plymouth District Court.

Cambridge Police conducted a motor vehicle stop for an individual later identified as Irving Santiago, 50, 190 Brookline Street in Cambridge, that went through a red light in The Port neighborhood. Furth investigation revealed Santiago had a suspended Driver’s License and was in possession of approximately 1.5 grams of Cocaine and 20 15mg pills of Oxycodone. Due to this, Santiago was placed under arrest and charged with Not Stopping at a Red Light with a Posted No Turn on Red Sign, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License, and Possession of a Class B Drug.
