Cambridge Police Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) responded to a report of an unattended bag. Upon arrival the bag was cleared. The bag was brought to CPD Police HQ and tagged with to be held as found property.

Abigail Gabriel,
23, 3 Church Street in Cambridge was arrested for trespassing after being spoken to multiple times by the building manager, the director of administration for homeless court and officers to vacate a stairway on Church Street and refused to leave. After giving her numerous chances to vacate the steps, she still would not comply after being trespassed by the building manager. She was then placed under arrest.

Lucas Gibson,
22, 1 Church Street in Cambridge was arrested for trespassing, disorderly conduct, and disturbing the peace after he was told by property managers and officers to vacate the property on Church Street several times, but continued to return. Gibson was additionally charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace after he was continually yelling, screaming at bystanders, and impeding traffic because he was upset about his friend being arrested. He was advised multiple times to remain on the sidewalk and out of traffic but refused to do so, blocking the roadway and holding up traffic several times.

MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE
Members of the Cambridge Police Special Investigations Unit along with members of the MIT Police Department arrested Altamiro Vilarino,56, 15 Willers Street in West Roxbury, , Anthony Blasi 49, 196 Locust Street in Lynn, and Frank Napoli 49, 59 Jasper Street in Saugus as a result of a drug investigation. Surveillance units observed Vilarino approach a motor vehicle, occupied by Blasi and Napoli, and engage in behavior consistent with a drug transaction. A vehicle stop on Blasi and Napoli resulted in the recovery of eight round white pills consistent with Oxycodone and six round blue pills consistent with Oxycodone. A stop on Vilarino resulted in the recovery of numerous folds of U.S. Currency totaling $5210.76. A further investigation at Vilarino's workplace resulted in the recovery of ninety-seven additional blue and white round pills consistent with Oxycodone. Altamiro Vilarino was charged with Distribution of a Class B Drug, Possess to Distribute a Class B Drug and Conspiracy to Violate Drug Laws. Anthony Blasi was charged with Possession of a Class B Drug and Conspiracy to Violate Drug Laws. Frank Napoli was charged with Possession of a Class B Drug and Conspiracy to Violate Drug Laws.
