A resident of Somerville was summonsed to Cambridge District Court for Shoplifting by Asportation. Officers responded to a Massachusetts Ave establishment due to management calling for an active shoplifting in progress. Officers observed the suspect walking away from the store with management following and dropping the merchandise on the sidewalk when she saw the police approaching.

They were stopped after going through a road closed sign at a construction site at Windsor Street and Main Street. Upon being stopped, it was learned that his license was Suspended.
