Keith Gaynor, 39, of 240 Albany Street inCambridge was arrested in Carl Barron Plaza and charged with Drinking Alcohol in Public. Gaynor was observed by an Officer drinking from a can concealed in a paper bag. When Officers approached him and asked him for his name in attempts to identify him, he refused to give his name. After explaining that he could be arrested, he said " I don't care". He was subsequently placed in custody.

Officers took reports from residents of Hayes Street. One resident complaint states that he is being harassed by his neighbors. The resident states that someone has called in several noise complaints claiming that loud music is coming from his residence. The other complaints have been from neighbors about the volume of music. and when Police have arrived there has been no music or it is at a reasonable level.

65-year old male was struck by a motor vehicle on Massachusetts Avenue near Dudley Street. The driver was cited upon arrival of officers, and the victim was transported to local hospital for treatment.
