The suspect stated the US Marshals were involved in the investigation and she needed to provide her social security number and date of birth. The victim provided this suspect with the requested information and the call was ended.

As a result of this call, Shawn Cook, 42, homeless, was placed under arrest and charged with Malicious Destruction to a Motor Vehicle after being observed by the reporting party slashing tires and positively identified by the victim and reporting party.
