Karamo Manjang, 31, 39 Bishop Joe Smith Way in Dorchester, was placed under arrest for breaking and entering for misdemeanor, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Manjang broke into a vacant apartment, ran from police and refused to be placed under arrest.

Walter Hobson, 40, 780 Albany Street in Boston, was also placed under arrest pursuant to a full extradition felony warrant issued out of Alameda County Superior Court in California for Stalking/Probation Violation.

CPD to the area of Riverbend Park (Mt. Auburn Street at Hawthorne Street) on a report of a homeless encampment with a possible stolen bicycle trailer. Officers were able to identify all parties, return the stolen item to owner and shut down the homeless encampment.
