THIRD ST
Officers responded to a fitness studio on Third Street for an unwanted individual. Kedrian Perry-Marshall, 21, 31 Legion Parkway in Whitman, was placed under arrest after refusing to leave the premises when requested numerous times by employees. He was acting erratically and had no business to conduct. When officers encountered Perry-Marshall wandering in the workout area of the business, he became evasive and non-compliant to officer’s requests to keep his hands out of his pockets. Officers could observe unknown items concealed inside his pants. When officers attempted to escort him from the area, Perry-Marshall became actively resistant.
