Vincent Sellaro, 62, 402 Mass. Ave. in Boston, was arrested for Defacing Property and Drinking in Public. Sellaro was arrested after he approached a uniform police vehicle in Central Square and maliciously hit the vehicle with his arm. When the officer inside the vehicle asked why he struck the police cruiser, Sellaro told him, "Don't worry about it." As the officer was talking to Sellaro, he observed that Sellaro was drinking an alcoholic beverage. When the officer told Sellaro to pour his alcoholic drink out, he refused.
