Mark Rankin, 24, 65 Adams Avenue in Everett, was arrested for Shoplifting by Concealing, Assault and Battery on a 60+/Disabled, and Disorderly Conduct after he was observed stealing a bottle of alcohol by concealing it in his jacket and when he was approached by security, pushed the security guard. Once on scene, officers observed Rankin behaving recklessly, shouting profanities and racial slurs and causing a public inconvenience.
