Officers assigned to the Family and Social Justice Section followed up on an investigation and Stephen Brockway, 59, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, was arrested on warrants out of Cambridge District Court for Intimidating a Witness/Court Official, Malicious Destruction of Property, Threat to Commit a Crime, Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, and other warrants.

Cambridge Police placed Christopher MacInnes, 38, 64 Gibson Street in Medford, for a warrant out of Woburn District Court for Class B Drug Possession. MacInnes was also charged with shoplifting, as a local establishment's lost prevention staff flagged down police and alerted them that he stole hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise found on his person.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Cambridge Police conducted a motor vehicle stop in front of Massachusetts Avenue. The operator was identified as James Bean, 34, homeless, and he was found to have warrants out of Cambridge District Court for Receiving Stolen Property (less than $1,200) and Larceny Under $1,200, Boston District Court for Larceny Under $1,200 and Trespassing, and Brighton Municipal Court for Larceny Over $1,200. He was taken into custody.
