A witness called to report a disturbed male yelling and spitting on passerbys at the corner of Massachusetts Avenue and Cameron Avenue. This same male was witnessed kicking in the front glass door of a business establishment on Massachusetts Avenue before making his way to the bike path towards Somerville. Cambridge Police pursued this suspect into Somerville before losing sight of him.

Cambridge Police arrested Gregory Gales, 48, homeless, on a warrant issued out of Boston District Court for Possession of a Class A Drug (Heroin). Gales was found to be in possession of heroin and four credit cards bearing the names of other individuals unknown to him. As a result, he is also being charged with Receiving Lost Credit Cards.
