Marsh was placed under arrest after officers observed him walk up to the entrance of a bank in Harvard Square and start to urinate on the building and entranceway.

11/20/202004:19 INCIDENT 20008248-1 CARRY LOADED FIREARM WITHOUT LICENSE C269 S10(N)	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police responded to the area of Massachusetts Avenue and Churchill Avenue for a check person. As a result, a Randolph resident was summonsed for Carrying a Loaded Firearm Without License, Possession Of Large Capacity Feeding Device, Firearm Or Ammunition Without FID Card, Trafficking In Fentanyl, Possession of a Firearm In Felony, Negligent Operation Of Motor Vehicle. He was observed on Massachusetts Avenue sleeping behind the wheel of a running motor vehicle with his foot on the brake. An inventory of the motor vehicle resulted in the discovery of a firearm and large baggie (67.3 grams) of Fentanyl.

11/20/202009:36 INCIDENT 20008254-1 LARCENY UNDER $1200 C266 S30(1)	KENWOOD ST A Cambridge resident called CPD Teleserve to report a package theft. He ordered a cell phone, which was allegedly delivered but he never received it. The carrier even produced a signature for the package but no one who lives in his apartment signed for it.

11/20/202010:33 ARREST 20008256-1 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police Officers placed David Abraham, 59, 237 Franklin Street in Cambridge, under arrest on a warrant after locating him on Massachusetts Avenue. The charges listed on the warrant were Armed Assault to Rob out of Boston District Court and Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon out of Cambridge District Court.
11/20/202010:59 ARREST 20008257-1 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	SELLERS ST Raymond Batista, 53, 1732 Main Street in Concord, was arrested on Sellers Street for a warrant issued out of the Ayer District Court charging him with Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License.

11/20/202016:04 INCIDENT 20008283-1 UNLICENSED OPERATION OF MV C90 S10	MAIN ST A resident of Medford was summonsed for operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license after the motor vehicle was observed traveling 42 MPH in a posted 25 MPH zone on Main Street. The operator was also cited for failing to wear a seat belt.

11/20/202017:22 INCIDENT 20008285-1 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Jeffrey Phillips-Pilette, 34, 71 Westland Avenue in Boston, was arrested for a warrant issued out of Boston District Court for Receiving Stolen Property -$1,200. During his arrest he was found to be in possession of a stolen bicycle. As a result, he has been charged with Receiving Stolen Property under $1,200.

11/20/202017:47 INCIDENT 20008286-1 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE C90 S24	CAMBRIDGE ST A Boston resident reports that her car was hit while parked at Cambridge Street and the other driver left the scene without making themself known.
11/20/202018:04 INCIDENT 20008287-1 *MARKED LANES VIOLATION C89 S4A**	FIRST ST Cambridge Police conducted a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of First Street and Otis Street. An investigation revealed the operator (John Green, 40, 66 Faver Street in Mattapan) had a suspended license. The passenger (Amanda Bauer, 40, 200 Whyttenton Street in Taunton) had several warrants and was in possession of cocaine. Green was charged with Marked Lanes Violation, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Open Container of Alcohol, and Attaching Plates. Bauer is being charged with Failure to Wear a Seat Belt and Possession of Class B Substance.

11/20/202023:23 INCIDENT 20008291-1	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police responded to a shelter on Massachusetts Avenue for a report of a person stabbed in the leg. The victim was treated on scene by officers and emergency medical technicians before being transported to a local hospital for potentially life-threatening injuries.
