Irving Santiago, 50, 30 Camp Street in Cambridge, was placed under arrest for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Driver's Licenses, Speeding, and an Open Container of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle. Santiago was placed under arrest after officers hear a motor vehicle's tires burnout and observed Santiago's vehicle speeding approximately 40 MPH in a 20 MPH zone on Green Street. When a motor vehicle stop was conducted, it was discovered that Santiago had an open bottle of Tito's Vodka in the vehicle and he was driving with a suspended driver’s license.

Cambridge Police placed Keith Perry, 47, 51 Beacon Street in Somerville, under arrest after he pulled out a knife on a passerby, exposing the blade, and threatened to cut the victim. Perry was charged with Assault by Dangerous Weapon. A knife was found on his possession and recovered by Officers.

SHOTSPOTTER ACTIVATION

HARVARD ST
Cambridge Police responded to Harvard Street for a report of a ShotSpotter activation. ECC then received reports from residents stating that they heard several gun shots, then saw a sedan leaving the scene at a high rate of speed. Units responded to the scene and found several empty shell casings as well as bullet rounds in a surrounding building.

JFK ST
Bryna Harris, 51, 363 Albany Street in Boston, was placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting by concealing and trespassing. Harris was observed by pharmacy employees concealing items in her bag without paying for them. Harris was subsequently placed on the trespass list in the presence of a manager and released. After officers left the area, Harris immediately returned and demanded that the property she stole and concealed be given back to her. Harris was subsequently placed under arrest inside of the store. It was later determined that Harris had four warrants out of Boston District Court for Shoplifting, Trespassing, Disorderly Conduct and Assault and Battery.
