Cambridge Police issued a resident of Cambridge a summons for operating an unregistered vehicle, attaching plates, and operating an uninsured vehicle. Police observed a vehicle driving on Massachusetts Avenue and a query of the license plate returned a status of "cancelled" and that it belonged to another vehicle.

Cambridge Police responded to the 800 block of Massachusetts Avenue for a report of a person with a gun. The victim reported that a man, unknown to him, walked by him on the sidewalk and pointed what he believed to be a black handgun at him. The suspect, described as a male wearing black pants, blacked hooded sweatshirt and dark face mask, fled the area in a vehicle driven by another male prior to police arrival.
