Cambridge Police arrested Scott Martins, 39, homeless, for Destruction and Vandalizing Property after police responded to the vicinity of Ellery Street where a victim/owner witnessed and identified Scott Martins for smashing the passenger side window of a motor vehicle. The owner/victim looked out the window where he observed Scott Martins break the window before fleeing down Ellery Street towards Harvard Street.
