Cambridge Police officers while on routine patrol in the area of Central Square initiated a traffic stop at Massachusetts Ave. While conducting the stop, it was concluded that owner/operator was operating a motor vehicle while his learner’s permit had a status of suspended. As a result of the stop, he was issued a criminal application for complaint Operating After License Suspension and a Learner’s Permit Violation after it was concluded that he was operating the motor vehicle in question with a passenger under 21 years of age.
