WARRANT ARREST REPORT

KENDALL ST
Cambridge Police received a call from a security guard stating that there were two suspicious persons traveling with four bicycles. The security guard stated that the suspicious males fled the area, but later found them at the corner of Third Street and Athenaeum. The reporting party further stated that the males had attempted to hide the bicycles near a construction site. Two parties were identified and one of them (Brandon Tracy, 34, 17 Church Street in Woburn) was arrested on a warrant out of Boston District Court for Receiving Stolen Property -$1,200.

A resident of Cambridge was actively seen shoplifting from a local establishment that she has an extensive past history of at this exact business. She was in possession of the stolen item by Cambridge Police and will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court for shoplifting.

HASKELL ST
Stephen Jerome, 59, 265 Rindge Avenue in Cambridge, was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after he was observed yelling racial slurs on a busy public sidewalk in front of a school in the presence of two minority women. Jerome then boarded an MBTA bus and refused to get off of the bus after the bus driver asked this officer to remove him due to his disorderly and disruptive behavior. After several attempts to ask Jerome to get off of the bus, he was advised that he was being placed under arrest for disorderly conduct.

Cambridge Police placed Nicholas Lopez, 22, 116 Norfolk Street in Cambridge, under arrest for a warrant out of Chelsea District Court for Assault and Battery.

FRANKLIN ST
Stephen Meyer, 66, 138 Athens Street in South Boston, and Robert Gendreau, 53, 59 Swanton Street in Winchester, were arrested for possession of Class A Drugs (heroin), Possession of Class B Drugs (methamphetamine), and Possession of Class E Drugs (prescription medication) at the corner of Western Avenue and Franklin Street after an Officer observed the two men crouched down in the corner of the park at that location. Upon investigating the suspicious activity, both men were found to be in possession of the illegal narcotics.
