A resident of Cambridge states for the past few months an unknown suspect has gained entry into her apartment numerous times while she was not home. The resident states when the suspect is in her apartment, they turn on her TV, eat her food, and break her belongings. The resident states there is no sign of a break, but she believes building maintenance, or her neighbors are to blame.
