While on routine patrol on Western Avenue, a Cambridge Police Officer ran a vehicle and CJIS showed that the vehicle's owner currently had a suspended license. After confirming the identity of the driver, he was summonsed to Cambridge District Court for one count of Operating After Suspension of a License.

107 Park Drive, Boston turned himself in at the Cambridge Police Station for one warrant out of Cambridge District Court and one warrant out of Boston District Court. McGilicuddy was placed into custody and brought into the booking room where he was booked.
