MAIN ST
Police responded to Main Street in Kendall Square for two people fighting. After speaking with all involved parties, it was determined Ryan Finneman, 38, Boston, randomly attacked the victim who was working at the time making deliveries. Finneman punched the victim and then struck him with "The Club" when it fell out of the victim’s vehicle. Finneman was placed under arrest for Assault and Battery and Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon.

A Cambridge resident reported unauthorized access of her family’s computer on July 27, 2021 at approximately 9:50 a.m. A suspect has been logging into her Gmail account since February 2020 using a Samsung tablet and a laptop computer. The reporting party acquired the suspect's IP address.

A Cambridge resident reported the fraudulent use of her credit card. An acquaintance is said to have used her credit card information to charge a meal and Lyft rides over a two-week period.

Christos Samolis, 31, 21 Brookline Street in Cambridge, was arrested for damaging property after he smashed numerous windows with a large brick. The windows were in the rear part of a business that is located near Central Square in Cambridge.

A resident of Cambridge was summonsed for Receiving a Stolen Motor Vehicle. They were arrested for breaking into a motor vehicle outside of the 1500 block of Cambridge Street. During that incident, they stated that the vehicle belonged to his friend, but he could not identify the owner of the vehicle. Carney was also discovered to be in possession of the keys to that motor vehicle.

A resident of Cambridge was charged with Possession of a Class A Drug. She was observed by an officer sitting in a parking lot on Green Street and when she made eye contact with the Officer she immediately looked shocked and threw her hands behind her back in attempts to conceal something. Upon investigating the suspicious behavior, the officer located a syringe with a brown liquid substance believed to be Heroin. She was charged and will be issued a summons to appear in court.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Dana Guerrant, 33, 430 River Street in Boston, was arrested at the corner of Green Street and Magazine Street and charged with shoplifting by asportation, resisting arrest and false name/social security number after arrest. Guerrant was observed by an employee of a business in Central Square shoplifting and that she fled the store into another store across the street. Upon Officer's arrival, they observed her coming out of the business across the street and she fled. Officer's chased her on foot around Central Square and she was eventually apprehended where she resisted an Office's efforts to place her in custody.
