Cambridge Police arrested Keith Chow, 36, 20 Smith Road in Randolph, after a motor vehicle crash on Massachusetts Avenue. Chow rear ended a vehicle in traffic twice. The driver of the other vehicle contacted Cambridge Police for assistance as he suspected something was wrong with Chow. Chow later taken into custody for suspected Operating Under the Influence of Liquor. A motor vehicle inventory was conducted and a partially depleted bottle of Hennessy and a small glass jar containing marijuana was located in the passenger compartment of his vehicle. As a result, Chow will be charged with Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Alcohol from an Open Container in a Motor Vehicle, OUI-Liquor, Possession of Marijuana in an Open Container of a Motor vehicle.
