Cambridge Police Department arrested Carlton Haynes, 51, 780 Albany Street in Boston, on warrants issued out of Cambridge, Boston and Brookline District Courts. Officers observed Haynes walking down River Street and positively identified him.

GREEN ST
Nicholas Cunha, 42, 427 Bunker Hill Street in Charlestown, was arrested after Officers observed Cunha engaging in suspected drug activity. A subsequent search of Cunha revealed three packages of a substance believed to be heroin/fentanyl as well as three packages of a substance believed to be crack cocaine. Cunha was subsequently taken into custody and charged with Possession of Class A Substance as well as Possession of Class B Substance.
