Keder Cantave, 39, 86 East Newton Street in Boston, was arrested on Cardinal Medeiros Avenue for Lewd, Wanton and Lascivious Conduct and Resisting Arrest. Cantave also had a warrant charging him with Lewd, Wanton and Lascivious Conduct stemming from a similar incident.
