A motor vehicle struck a pedestrian while they were in the crosswalk at Hampshire and Webster Avenue. The pedestrian suffered a leg injury and the operator of the motor vehicle fled the scene of the crash.

SCIARAPPA ST
Cambridge Police arrested Mark Pincus, 35, 79 Little Island in Plymouth, for
Home Invasion, Armed Assault to Murder, Resisting Arrest, Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, Carrying a Dangerous Weapon and Providing a False Name/Social Security Number After an Arrest. Officers were responding to search the area for a suspect who had just broken into a residence on Sciarappa Street. While on Cambridge Street by Fifth Street, Officers were flagged down by a victim of a stabbing who stated that he was just stabbed by a male and pointed to a white male down the block on Fifth Street and stated 'that's him'. This individual was later identified as Pincus. Pincus was also identified as the suspect in the Home Invasion on Sciarappa Street, where Pincus broke into a victim’s apartment at knife point causing the victim to forcefully push Pincus out of the apartment. He was positively identified as the suspect in the home invasion. A separate show-up was conducted for the stabbing. and again Pincus was positively identified. Pincus also had possession of a knife matching the description given by the stabbing victim on his person.

The reporting party/victim's bicycle was stolen during the commission of said break.
