FRANKLIN ST
Emergency Communications Center (ECC) dispatched Cambridge Police to Franklin Street for a report of a stolen motor vehicle out of Everett. After a brief pursuit, Kenny Jnleys, 19, 73 Savin Street in Boston, was placed under arrest after he fled from the passenger side door of the stolen motor vehicle and attempted to run from police. Jnelys is being charged with Receiving a Stolen Motor Vehicle. Jnley is also being charged with warrants out of Roxbury District Court (Larceny of Motor Vehicle and Vandalizing Property) and Suffolk Superior Court (Carrying a Firearm without a License and Firearm or Ammunition without an FID Card).
