Cambridge Police responded to Western Avenue for the report of a male dressed in all black trying door handles. Upon further investigation, Cambridge Police placed Justin West, 49, 820 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, under arrest for breaking and entering into a motor vehicle nighttime for a felony and receiving stolen property -$1,200.
