Upon further investigation, Cambridge Police placed Justin West, 49, 820 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, under arrest for breaking and entering into a motor vehicle nighttime for a felony and receiving stolen property -$1,200.

The victim noticed that the items were ordered under her name with a credit card that she does not own. She was advised to contact the credit bureau to report the fraudulent activity.
