CAMBRIDGE ST
Cambridge Police responded to a motor vehicle crash on the 800 block of Cambridge Street. A motor vehicle struck a pedestrian and a dog at a crosswalk. The pedestrian was evaluated by Pro EMS on scene and signed a refusal form. The dog sustained an injury to his paw and the owner of the dog will be taking him to a veterinarian at a later time.

A resident of Cambridge was informed that he is being summonsed to Cambridge District Court for shoplifting. He was seen by security of a Central Square business stealing a toaster oven. Police reviewed security footage and confirmed that he walked out of the store without paying. Minutes later, police found the suspect a block away and informed officers that he already sold the toaster oven. He was trespassed by officers and security of the business and informed that he would be summonsed to court.

A resident of Lawrence reported she parked her vehicle in front of the 700 block of Mass Ave and entered a convenience store next door. Upon exiting, the motorist observed a male inside of the vehicle (passenger side). The male was scared off and fled eastbound on Mass Ave. The operator reports her driver’s license and two bank cards were stolen.
