Cambridge police responded to Hancock Street for the report of a suspicious person checking car doors. An investigation along with a witness statement revealed that a Cambridge resident opened a car door parked along Hancock Street and was seen looking through items inside. As a result, he will be summonsed for Breaking and Entering into a Motor Vehicle in the Daytime for Misdemeanor.

A Cambridge resident reported malicious destruction to a motor vehicle. An unknown suspect broke a rearview mirror and windshield wiper sometime between November 11, 2022 and November 14, 2022, while the vehicle was parked on Cambridge Street near Windsor Street. The reporting party said the vehicle is a cab he drives for a Boston taxi service.

A Boston resident reported the theft of a handbag on November 14, 2022 at approximately 8:40 p.m. Shortly after speaking with police, she became aware that her bag had been taken by mistake. The person who had taken it, made arrangements for its return.
