Cambridge Police issued a summons to a resident of Waltham for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. The driver was attempting to exit a parking spot on Harvard Street, a public way in the City of Cambridge, when she struck another motor vehicle.

Taj Nunez, 32, 9 Blackwood Street in Boston, was arrested by Cambridge Police. Nunez entered a Brookline Street convenience store with a kitchen knife in hand and stole several bottles of alcohol. While inside the store, he pointed a knife at two employees and told them not to tell anyone. As Nunez left the store, he was confronted by several other employees in the store. Nunez used his leg to kick open the door, causing one of the door panes to break. Three employees followed Nunez out of the store where outside, Nunez pointed the knife at the employees and told them that if they followed him, he would kill them. The employees then flagged down MIT Police Officers, who after a short pursuit, were able to take Nunez into custody. Given the aforementioned facts, Nunez was arrested and charged with three counts of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, three counts of Threat to Commit a Crime, Armed Robbery, and Defacing Property. Nunez also had three warrants out of Cambridge District Court for his arrest at the time he was taken into custody.

Cambridge Police were called to a local area hospital for a report of a person, who was dropped off after suffering a stab wound. The vehicle that the victim was transported to the hospital in was taken into custody and the driver was interviewed by officers. At the time of this report, officers have not been able to speak with the victim due to his injuries, which are not expected to be life-threatening. An investigation into where the stabbing occurred and who may have been involved remains ongoing.

Cambridge Police arrested Randy Ridlon, 34, 48 Baxter Street in South Boston, for three arrest warrants out of Quincy and Dorchester District Courts (Breaking and Entering Nighttime for Felony, Breaking and Entering Daytime for Felony, and Breaking and Entering into a Motor Vehicle for Felony). Police were called to Sciarappa Street for a report of two people trying door handles on cars. Police located two people nearby matching the description provided by the reporting person. One of the two individuals stopped was identified as the defendant and it was discovered that he had multiple arrest warrants. The defendant was subsequently placed under arrest.
