Carl-Eden Wesvert Norgaisse, 30, unhoused, was arrested and charged with Trespassing, Breaking and Entering in the Daytime for a Felony, and Vandalism of Property after it was reported that he broke inside an empty apartment. Upon entering the apartment, officers and management found that the suspect had burned incense all over the wooden floors and countertops in addition to covering the apartment with his trash.

Stephen Costigan, 33, 14 Howard Street in Cambridge, was arrested and charged with Shoplifting by Concealing Merchandise. Cambridge Police responded to Alewife Brook Parkway for a shoplifting call. Upon arrival, an employee of the store was following Costigan outside the store and pointed him out to responding officers. Costigan was found to have a X-Box game controller hidden in his sweatshirt front pocket, valued at $64.99. He was also found to have warrants out of Cambridge, Somerville, and Waltham District Courts.

Cambridge Police responded to the area of Rindge Avenue and Cedar Street for a motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian and an operator of a motor vehicle. As a result, the pedestrian was transported to a local hospital for apparent injury. The driver was issued a citation for a Crosswalk Violation.
