TEMPLE ST
Cambridge Police responded to Temple Street for a report of a person with a weapon. After speaking with the reporting person, it was determined an assault with a dangerous weapon (to wit knife), intimidation of a witness, and open and gross lewdness had occurred. The reporting person stated that they exited their apartment with their young child and saw the suspect's penis as he was urinating in the hallway. This caused shock and alarm to the resident and their child. The resident told the suspect they were going to call the police, which led to the suspect brandishing a knife, pointing it at them and their child, and calling them a snitch. Officers searched the area and found a person nearby matching the detailed description. A show-up was performed and after a positive identification, Marcus Pixley, 62, homeless out of Boston, was placed under arrest for Assault with a Dangerous Weapon- two Counts, Intimidation of a Witness, and Open and Gross Lewdness. Pixley also had warrants for his arrest.
