Dshaun Alston, 34, 14 Park Road in Brockton, was placed under arrest in Boston. He had warrants out of Cambridge District Court, including Aggravated Assault and Battery, Breaking and Entering Nighttime for Felony, and Vandalizing Property.

Cambridge Police responded to Kirkland Street for a reported motor vehicle crash with no personal injury. Upon arriving on scene, one of the motor vehicles sustained heavy front-end damage with air bag deployment. Due to the severity of the motor vehicle crash, medical personnel was requested to evaluate an involved party that suffered a minor facial injury. The individual refused any further medical treatment/evaluation on scene and declined transport to a local area hospital.

The victim states that sometime between 11/14/2022 at 11:30 p.m. and 12/15/2022 at 8 a.m., an unknown person(s) entered the unlocked mud room in the back of the house and stole a jacket and knit cap. The suspect also entered her unlocked vehicle and rummaged through it, but nothing was taken.
