CLINTON ST
Officers responded to Clinton Street for the report of a breaking and entering into a motor vehicle in progress. After an investigation, it was determined that a witness observed David Shoemaker, 35, 820 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, enter an unlocked vehicle during the nighttime that he did not own. He was placed under arrest and is being charged with Breaking and Entering into a Motor Vehicle at Nighttime for a Felony.

Cambridge Police responded to the 2300 block of Massachusetts Avenue for a crash involving two motor vehicles. One operator sustained injuries to her mouth but refused treatment and signed a refusal form, the other operator complained of numbness to one of her legs and was transported to hospital in Boston by an ambulance.

Cambridge Police arrested Kevin Pereira, 31, 64 Lawn Street in Cambridge, for an Extraditable Warrant from Rhode Island. As a result of this, Pereira was also charged with Fugitive from Justice.
