Officers responded to a Green Street address for an assault in progress. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim and witnesses to the incident. Officers learned that there was a physical altercation between an employee and another person.

Cambridge Police responded to a bookstore for a report of a larceny in progress. Upon arrival, Officers observed Richard Wheeler, 63, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, causing a disturbance and being restrained by employees. After an investigation, it was discovered that Wheeler reached into his back waistband of his pants and stated "Y'all wanna get shot?" causing witnesses to believe Wheeler was armed with a gun. Wheeler then tried to leave with merchandise from the store. An employee who feared that he or customers would be shot by Wheeler, then grabbed Wheeler in a bear hug and placed him on the ground until police arrived to control the scene. Due to those facts, Wheeler was placed under arrest for Unarmed Robbery.
